So once you have decided to buy a JUNTO here’s what happens

 

Step 1. Jump onto the shopping cart, and select the recommended frame size and your favorite color option. If you select the shopping cart image located at the upper right hand site of our homepage, the checkout process will walk you through the final purchase procedure.

 

Step 2. Once you order has been successfully processed, your new JUNTO will ship 98% assembled to your door. As soon as your bike ships, tracking info will be provided to make sure your JUNTO arrives safely to your door. All you have to do is install the front wheel, right pedal and saddle. We will even provide a 5mm allen key and 15mm box wrench for all adjustments in case you don’t have one.

 

Step 3. Check out our users videos and read the owner’s manual, and if you have any questions, give us a call or send us an email at contact@juntobikes.com and we will be happy to help. An additional copy of your owner’s manual and all instruction videos can be found on here.

 

Step 4. This is the fun part. Jump on your JUNTO, getting riding and let us know what you think!

 

Step 5. We recommend you take your JUNTO into your local bike shop to get it adjusted after several months of use. Like all your bikes in the past, your new JUNTO eBike will need standard bicycle maintenance.

 

Step 6. If you have any issues with your JUNTO, there is a comprehensive warranty available here. Just call us and we will take care of it.
