We know you are going to be delighted with your Junto bike purchase. We also know you wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it and kicking the tires. We deeply believe an eBike is going to be your next car, but we can’t offer test rides all over the country. That’s why we are excited to offer a 21-day, complete satisfaction, FREE return policy on any JUNTO eBike along with ALL accessories that are purchased directly from our website. 

If for any reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase, all you have to do is the following: 
  • Send us an email at within 14 days of the arrival of your bike with your information (name, address, and phone number), proof of purchase, and the reason you are returning your eBike. 
  • Please note that you MUST keep the box and return the bike to us “as it was shipped” in a JUNTO Box within 21 days in order to receive a full refund.  
  • Please don’t recycle your box until you are certain that you'll be joining our JUNTO for the long run. 😊

Please know this about Junto and our eBikes: 
  • We intend to support you and your JUNTO for a good long time. 
  • The electric “drivetrain” (motor, battery, controller, and sensor) has a 2-year warranty. 
  • If your eBike is damaged (in an accident, etc.) and the “drive” parts are broken, we have special “replacement” parts specially priced for current customers - no profit motive on that front. We want you to get back and riding your JUNTO as soon as possible.
  • We have extra parts for all of our eBikes and we can also assist you with rudimentary service and maintenance questions for the life of your JUNTO - just drop us a line!  
  • Our primary goal is to make you fall in love with your JUNTO and we know that love demands commitment!
